Platinum First Ingot
A First Ingot made of platinum: a considerable social event, and a conspicuous display of standing.
An odd and costly choice
A platinum First Ingot is a huge social event, and somewhat odd. Platinum is so rare that almost all dwarves accumulate enough gold for a gold First Ingot first. To make the first one of platinum instead is a huge display, and the dwarf is understood to be making it.
