Telvari Exchange

How the Telvari handle value: through obligation and allocation, taking coin and goods only as temporary carriers.

Practice

The Telvari do not operate a conventional monetary system. Internally, value is managed through obligation and allocation structures. Externally, coin and goods are accepted only as temporary carriers of value.

They do not accumulate visible wealth, do not take part in open markets, and convert value indirectly through controlled channels. To outsiders they appear to accept payment but are never seen to spend or store it.
