Dwarven Minting
Dwarves strike coin, and are generally considered good minters.
What they strike
The gold and silver that dwarves mine, they will usually mint, silver often as struck coin. Under contract they also mint silver, and silver hacksilver bracelets, which are the Skeldic wrist rings, when there is demand. Minting copper and electrum is not commercially viable for dwarves, whose holds have their own internal trading economy, so they would mint those only for a client.
Contracts
Underlords with permission to mint coin sometimes contract out silver minting quite openly, since dwarves are considered skilled artisans. For the dwarves, these contracts are often fulfilled by apprentice silverworkers, and the issuer pays in food and services.
Skeldic dies
For Skeldic lords with influence and proximity to dwarven holds, there is often a cooperative economy in which Skeldic artisans engrave gems as coin dies. It is somewhat unusual for a Skeldic lord to commission coin, but they are happy to engrave the dies for coinage that goes to Markish lands.
